Looks a bit like a smaller Aloe arborescens and is sometimes sold incorrectly as Aloe aborescens 'Dwarf'. Actually a hybrid between A. humilis echinata and A. arborescens pachythyrsa. Succulent foliage is narrow, green with soft teeth along the margins. Grows to 3' in flower and spreads to form 3' clumps. Showy, red/orange flowers appear in winter. Requires full sun and likes well drained soil.
