A yellow-flowering form of Red Yucca with the same slender, arching blue-grey foliage and 3 to 5 foot tall spikes of bell-shaped, bright butter yellow flowers. Grows in grass-like clumps slowly spreading to 3 or 4 feet wide. Flower spikes emerge in late spring and hold into summer. Its lack of armor and tolerance of reflected heat makes it good for walkways and near recreational areas. Also perfect for desert gardens and planted in large containers. Thrives in full sun and performs best with fast-draining soil.
