A compact form of Texas Sage that grows just 12 to 18 inches tall and wide, Salvia ‘Lemon Light’ blooms profusely spring through fall with rich, lemon yellow flowers. Remove dead flowers and prune to shape throughout the year for best flower performance. Grow in full sun to light shade. Tolerant of poor and moderately-fertile soil. Prefers regular to occasional water.. Of the yellow flowering or mixed yellow/salmon/pink flower forms of the Texas age, we have found that Lemon Light has the best deep, solid color, and performs solidly from year to year under a variety of conditions.
