A low-growing form of California Fuschia that grows just 6 to 8 inches tall and spreads 2 to 3 feet wide. Scarlet red flowers bloom summer to fall and are highly attractive to hummingbirds. A drought tolerant selection that needs only infrequent watering once established but appreciates the occasional deep watering. Prefers well-draining, even poor soil. Plant in full sun.
