Coming from Mexico, this clumping agave arranges in open, basal rosettes with sparsely separated leaves. Its ornamental lanceolate leaves have distinct peripheral spines. The papery-textured, irregularly-shaped marginal spines provide an almost undulating look. This succulent naturally has low water needs.
