Also known as Palmer’s liveforever, this succulent is endemic to Southern California. The rosette of green foliage can occasionally be pink-tinged. The tall inflorescence can carry up to 40 flowers of various vibrant colors. These blooms help the plant attract pollinators such as hummingbirds and butterflies. Once established, the succulent has the ability to become drought-tolerant. Given that this plant is naturally found in rocky environments, it is recommended that this plant be grown in well-drained soil. It is the perfect addition to a rock or container garden.
