Spring into late summer it’s covered in 3 to 4 inch wide golden yellow flowers. Plant in full sun in fast-draining soil. Should be given no summer water once established. Is typically included in the challenging category as it can be difficult to establish. Best if planted in fall/winter. Stellate hairs on leaves/stems can be irritating to some.
