Placing Orders

At El Nativo Growers we can take orders via this website or by phone, fax, or e-mail. Once your order has been received, a sales representative will call or email  you to confirm your order and set up a delivery or pick up date.  

Please consider the following to help expedite your availability requests and/or orders:

1. Whenever possible, please provide us with 24 hours notice before planning to pick up your order. We will happily consolidate your order to our Azusa facility from our various growing grounds. Our cutoff time for all orders is 12:00 P.M. the day prior to your pickup, Monday through Friday. All material will be available for pickup after 7:30 A.M. on the scheduled pick up day, Monday through Friday. Saturday pick up may be available. Please check with your salesperson.

2. If you require a job-site delivery, please provide us with 48 hours notice if possible. Although we will attempt to accommodate all next day delivery requests, there are times of the year when our trucks are regularly booked and we may have to bump your delivery to the next available date. In almost all cases, a 48 hour notice will secure your delivery date and time.

3. Please remember that we bid all material on a per project basis. If you do not wish to use the online store which offers you bulk discount pricing, current availability (more limited quantities are listed online), and a secure checkout process,   please fax or e-mail your availability requests to a salesperson. We may give discounts for larger quantities than shown on the website bulk pricing options (more than 200 units of a certain product), marginal quality material that is not listed on the site, etc. Please make sure sure availability request includes the taxonomic name, container size, and quantity required for each item. If you are looking for a job-site delivery, please include the delivery address and desired delivery date.

Payment: Terms are C.O.D. unless you have an approved credit account with us. Credit applications are available upon request. They can usually be processed within 2-3 business days depending on the response time of the credit references.

Delivery: We will provide curbside delivery of any order that meets our minimum. However, our drivers are not responsible for placing the plants on your job site. We ask for your assistance unloading all deliveries. Please consider access to the site and available unloading equipment before arranging delivery. Access roads to your delivery site must be able to accommodate a 24' truck with a minimum of 14' clearance. Our drivers will not participate in dangerous unloading procedures.

Delivery Fees: El Nativo Growers provides deliveries throughout Southern California when your orders meet our minimums. If the order does not meet our minimums for free delivery, a modest delivery charge will apply. Delivery fees are subject to change without notice. Claims: All deliveries should be inspected and stored properly on arrival. Any problems should be brought to the attention of the driver immediately.

Non-warranty: Although we attempt to grow all of our material true to name, El Nativo Growers gives no warranty, expressed or implied as to the variety description, productivity, merchantability, or results from planting or transplanting our stock.
