Tuffy's smallest groundcover form of coastal rosemary. Selected from our already-diminutive variety they call “Mundi”, Low Horizon has essentially the same habit and color only in a dwarfed package, reaching only about two-thirds the size of the parent. Flowers are very similar to Mundi: small (simple), bright white flowers arranged in small clusters appear in spring and summer. Best suited to Zone 9-11 arid and Mediterranean climates.
